management, Compensation, and employee Development

 Sound knowledge in dealing with the Germany region works council etc.

 Expertise in Change management and talent development programs

 Experience working in a matrixed structure of a global organisation.

 Expertise in statutory compliance, local labour laws and labour market as well as labour

relations.

 Stakeholder management experience and negotiation.

 People oriented and results driven.

 Expertise in employee formal discussions/ Grievance handling.

 Excellent in oral and written communication.

 Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
