Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Malang. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR processes, managing onboarding, recruitment, and employee relations. This role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, handling performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also work to foster a positive workplace culture, address employee inquiries, and support organizational development.

• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR strategies and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fashion or manufacturing industry is a plus
