We are representing a private financial institution in the search for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions. This is a hands-on, generalist role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to work both strategically and operationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-spectrum HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
• Handle office administration functions and general operations support as part of HR responsibilities
• Partner with business stakeholders to implement HR strategies that support business goals
• Drive regional HR communications and coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different geographies
• Support cultural integration and change management initiatives within the organization
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 6–8 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in financial services or a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
• Strong hands-on capabilities with a practical, grounded approach to HR matters
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in regional or multi-country settings
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, due to frequent collaboration with counterparts in different regions
• Prior experience supporting cultural transformation or integration projects is a plus
• Familiarity with wealth management or private financial institutions is a plus
