Summary

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities


  • Lead recruitment processes for all positions in Indonesia;
  • Develop localized hiring strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage onboarding, contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations;
  • Resolve labor disputes and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
  • Design and administer competitive salary structures, conduct market benchmarking;
  • Oversee statutory benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.);
  • Implement training programs to enhance cross-cultural leadership and technical skills;
  • Foster employee career growth and retention strategies.


Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Experience: 5+ years in HR roles with 2+ years in HR management, preferably in fintech;
  • Expertise in labor laws, talent acquisition, and performance management;
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools;
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities;
  • Traits: Empathetic, adaptable, and results-oriented with high ethical standards;
  • Experience in scaling startups or multinational environments;
