HR Manager for holding company
Job description
- Collaborate with the respective business and Managers to ensure the employee performance aligned with the business strategies and provide HR recommendations.
- Manage compensation and benefit
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support the Company’s objectives
- Oversee the HRIS, Operations system to maintain the accurate employee records and employee productivity
- Manage the employee performance to build a good talent
Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Phycology or a related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience in compensation and benefit
• Experience in HR Industrial relations
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
