We are an international aviation, tourism and technology company seeking a proactive and organized HR Manager to support the expansion of our air operation in Indonesia. As the sole HR professional in a small but growing team, you will oversee all aspects of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance with Indonesian labor laws, and workplace culture. You will play a key role in supporting both flight crew and ground staff, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities:
· Recruitment and Hiring: Managing the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making employment offers and onboarding for business, aviation and tourism positions.
· Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns, handling disciplinary matters, employee demands, performance issues and mediating conflicts.
· Compliance: Maintain employee records, oversee expatriate work permits and ensure HR practices adhere to local labour laws and regulations.
· Onboarding and Training: Facilitating new hire orientations and arrange mandatory training such as safety, pilot, maintenance and other compliance training
· Payroll & Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll and leave management and manage employee benefits programs and manage staff expectations.
