You’ll be shaping our HR systems while actively supporting our team members and company growth on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and professional development.
Directly manage payroll, employee benefits, and HRIS with high attention to detail.
Monitor and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal policies.
Handle day-to-day employee relations and support team leads in people matters.
Build and implement practical HR policies, SOPs, and training sessions.
Support organizational development, including hiring plans and structure reviews.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
Solid understanding of Indonesian employment law and HR compliance.
Familiarity with HRIS, payroll systems, and reporting tools.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, prioritize, and juggle multiple HR functions effectively.
A doer: ready to take initiative and make things happen on a daily basis.
