Syntax Talent Solutions is partnering with an international manufacturing company with over 100 years in business, but still growing to hire an HR Manager to join their team in Garland, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, employee relations, and health and safety. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Manage employee relations by addressing and resolving workplace issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and monitor health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR management, with a focus on recruiting and employee relations.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
