Summary

We're Hiring: Human Resources/Relations Manager

The Human Resources/Relations Manager plays a key role in shaping a positive employee experience while safeguarding company culture, compliance, and consistency. This role leads employee and industrial relations across the business, providing expert support to managers, ensuring fair and consistent people practices, and acting as a bridge between employees, management, and external stakeholders when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Guide managers on performance management and policy.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and represent the company in labor matters.
  • Maintain and communicate HR policies effectively.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, especially in employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and excellent communication skills.
