Position: Human Resources Supervisor

Location: Onsite in Arlington, TX

Duration: FTE - Direct Hire

Salary Range: $90-100k

We’re looking for a Human Resources Supervisor to lead recruiting, employee relations, and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with our company’s strategic goals. This is a key role supporting both employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main resource for policy and procedure guidance
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Advise management on employee relations and draft related documentation
• Maintain HRIS records for hires, promotions, and terminations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government contracting standards
• Deliver training on safety and updated HR practices
• Handle employment verifications and unemployment claims
• Support HR projects and process improvements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Human Resources
• Prior leadership experience
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Paychex or similar PEO systems preferred
• Government contracting experience a plus
