Hydrex NV is a world leader in underwater repair and maintenance for the maritime industry. To support our growing team, we’re looking for a hands-on professional who can lead our personnel department with vision and structure.

As HR Manager, you'll be responsible for recruitment, payroll coordination, employee development, and HR strategy. You'll work closely with our management team and be a go-to person for our staff.

✔️ 5+ years experience in HR (preferably in a technical or SME environment)

✔️ Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law

✔️ Fluent in Dutch and comfortable in English

✔️ Proactive, structured, people-focused
