This is a full-time, on-site role for an Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant located in Chennai. The Oracle HRMS Functional Consultant will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting Oracle HRMS modules. Tasks include requirement gathering, solution design, configuring applications, testing, and providing user training and support. Consultants will also work closely with clients to optimize HR processes and ensure seamless system integration.

• Experience with Oracle HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR, and Performance Management
• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices
• Skills in requirement gathering, solution design, and configuration
• Proficiency in testing, user training, and support
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams
• Oracle certification and experience in implementing Oracle HRMS are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related fields
