We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our remote team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources within a fast-paced, tech-driven project management construction company.
The HR Intern will provide support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks.
Job Title: HR Intern (Remote)
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications.
2. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain the applicant tracking system.
3. Onboarding Assistance:
Prepare and distribute onboarding materials.
4. Assist with new hire orientation.
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
Requirements:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Airtable.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, proactively and remotely.
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month.
