Internship Highlights

Flexible Timings: Work at your convenience, but availability between 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM is required for meetings and collaboration.

Induction Period: First 15 days are an evaluation phase. The official offer letter will be provided only upon successful completion of this period.

Pre-Placement Opportunity (PPO): Based on performance, you may get an opportunity for a full-time role.

Certificate of Completion: Provided at the end of the internship.

Hands-on Learning: Exposure to real HR tasks, policies, and recruitment strategies.


Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance sheets, and HR databases.

Support onboarding, induction, and training sessions for new interns.

Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and documentation.

Manage intern engagement activities, including Mandatory Fun Fridays.

Conduct research on HR trends and help improve internal HR processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.


Eligibility Criteria

Current students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on HR experience.

Passionate about Human Resources, with a keen interest in recruitment and employee engagement.

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willing to learn HR tools.

Commitment for the entire 3-month duration is required.
