Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations to support our HR department in various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with HR tools, particularly GreytHR, and will be responsible for managing attendance, payroll, onboarding, and other essential HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· HR Tool Management: Utilize GreytHR for managing employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
· Attendance Management: Monitor and maintain attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Payroll Processing: Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
· Biometric Systems: Oversee the operation of biometric attendance systems and resolve any technical issues.
· Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, orientation, and training coordination.
· Exit Management: Support the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews and final settlement.
· PF and Insurance Handling: Assist in the opening and management of Provident Fund (PF) accounts and handle employee insurance queries and processing.
Key Skills:
· Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 0-1 year of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
· Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
· Knowledge in HR tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
· Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,807.65 - ₹15,000.01 per month
