We are looking for an experienced HRMS Administrator to oversee and enhance our HR technology systems, with a focus on Workday. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation, administration, and optimization of HRIS systems to meet the needs of our organization. Based in Eagan, Minnesota, this position offers an opportunity to lead system improvements and support HR operations through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with HR and IT teams to manage the implementation of HRIS systems, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
• Act as the main point of contact between the organization and external vendors during system implementation and upgrades.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain user guides, workflows, and training materials for HRIS systems.
• Serve as the Workday administrator, handling configurations, updates, and integrations while ensuring system performance and compliance.
• Monitor system security by managing user roles, permissions, and conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity.
• Train HR and other stakeholders on effective system usage and provide ongoing technical support.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR systems and implement enhancements to streamline workflows.
• Generate analytical reports and dashboards to assist in workforce planning, compliance, and performance management.
• Ensure HRIS processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and labor laws.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience with Workday HCM (especially during implementation), strong knowledge of HR processes, HR data analysis skills using tools like Excel or Power BI, and familiarity with cloud-based HR systems. WorkDay implementation experience is required.
This position is hybrid post-training, offering 2 days/week work from home. Beginning pay for this role is $75,000-125,000 with discretionary bonus potential.
