As an HR intern at Exly Company, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of human resources while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assisting with employee relations activities, such as coordinating employee events and handling inquiries.
• Supporting performance management processes through data tracking and analysis.
• Assisting with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and tracking employee development plans.
• Participating in HR projects and initiatives to support the overall HR strategy of the company.
• Utilizing MS-Excel to analyze data and create reports for HR metrics and trends.
