What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage hourly payroll and benefits like a pro, and act as backup support for salary payroll
• Drive our recruitment efforts — from job postings and screening to interviews and onboarding
• Support every stage of the employee journey (new hires, promotions, transfers, exits)
• Keep our Dayforce HRIS system in top shape with accurate, up-to-date records
• Be a go-to resource for employees, offering support and solving HR-related questions
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, handling enrollments and changes
• Jump into exciting HR initiatives that shape our culture and drive success
• Champion employee engagement and help us build an even stronger, more connected team

What We’re Looking For:

• Post-secondary education in HR; CHRL/CHRP designation (or working toward it) is a big plus
• 3-5 years of hands-on HR and payroll experience, especially in recruitment and employee relations
• Solid background in a unionized manufacturing environment
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS or similar systems
• Sharp attention to detail, strategic thinking, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A self-starter with high energy, professionalism, and strong teamwork skills
