A well-established organization in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a polished and experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role focuses on employee relations, policy administration, onboarding, compliance, and general HR functions. Candidates must be proficient in Paylocity and bring strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Support employees and managers with HR policy guidance and employee relations
• Administer and track leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records
• Contribute to employee engagement and HR-driven initiatives
• Utilize Paylocity for HR operations and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience
• Experience with Paylocity is required
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
