Key Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate onboarding, ensuring day-one readiness and 30-day engagement checkpoints.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data for 100 % audit compliance.
• Advise managers on policy, performance, and employee relations, resolving issues within 48 hours.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and benefits administration, reducing errors below 1 %.
• Contribute to inclusive culture initiatives and quarterly policy reviews.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years HR generalist experience in fast-growing organisations.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS, and HR analytics.
• Strong verbal and written English; confidence counselling employees.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Able to prioritise tasks independently and thrive onsite in Koramangala.

• Payroll processing exposure and basic statutory compliance knowledge.
• Experience with SaaS or tech-startup environments.
