The Human Resources Generalist provides confidential administrative support in the areas of general administration and human resources systems. This role supports Human Resources by assisting with general administration regarding file maintenance, HRIS entry and other human resource issues. This role administers human resources programs, policies and practices. Maintains detailed knowledge of HR service areas and answers employee inquiries pertaining to HR programs, processes, procedures and communications. Responds to employee service needs such as document requests, employment form completion, onboarding assistance, and other HR functions as assigned. Position requires discretion and confidentiality with data for employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer the on-boarding process for newly hired employees; meet with new hires to review paperwork and assist with questions
* Communicate with new hires throughout the onboarding process to prepare them for their first day
* Complete I-9 Forms and E-Verify and all required new hire paperwork
* Manage contractor onboarding process
* Initiate and manage purchase requisitions process using Oracle
* Maintain electronic personnel files
* Process terminations into HRIS systems
* Prepares employee separation forms and related documentation and required forms
* Provide support and information to payroll for bi-weekly inquiries related to employee separations and status changes
* Reply to unemployment claims
* Manage postings required by DOL for Americas region
* Provide information for SOX Audit requests
* Implement employee handbook updates
* Assist in HR Ops data integrity audits
* Provides customer services to our internal customers. Ability to handle, answer or refer employee inquiries to the appropriate channel
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of previous experience in general office management or administrative support
* Minimum 12 months experience in a customer facing role with internal or external clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors degree in HR related field
* Experience in a Human Resources or administrative department
* Demonstrated ability to navigate and utilize systems

For this position, the typical annual starting base salary is from $55,000-$75,000 base salary, which does not include variable incentive pay. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. Your individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, geographical location, and/or experiences.
