You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across different industries, experience professional development and growth opportunities, and work within a collaborative and supportive team culture. How You'll Make an Impact: You will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced HR services to our clients, providing a "wow" experience with white-glove concierge support. You will be responsible for building the foundational HR structure for clients and managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your expertise will help our clients navigate complex HR challenges and foster a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including writing job descriptions, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. * Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. * Performance Management: Assist clients in developing performance management systems, conducting evaluations, and implementing improvement plans. * Compliance: Ensure clients adhere to labor laws and regulations and assist with audits and reporting requirements. * HR Policy Development: Develop and update employee handbooks, HR policies and procedures tailored to clients' needs. * Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. * HRIS and Payroll: Support HRIS and payroll platforms in alignment with organizational processes, including implementation, payroll processing, system updates, troubleshooting, employee communications and issues resolution. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in human resources roles, with prior consulting or outsourced HR support experience a plus. * SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP and/or PHR/SPHR certification. * Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret policies, federal and multi-state employment laws, regulations, and other technical concepts. * Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills. * Strong team collaboration skills, ability to lead projects and develop strong relationships. * Outstanding client service and organizational skills. * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. * Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with processing payroll a plus. * Commitment to continuous HR learning and development. * Desire to develop tailored business solutions in a team-based environment. * Driven by a desire to see others succeed. * Unwavering integrity in all instances.
