The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department and ensuring the implementation of best practices to support the achievement of corporate business objectives. This role provides support across various HR functions including benefits administration, records management, compliance, and employee relations. The HR Generalist acts as a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and contributing to a positive work environment. As a representative of both HR and the company, the HR generalist must maintain professionalism, keep HR matters confidential and apply discernment balance overall corporate needs, employee support and the HR policies and procedures of the company.
Experience/Education
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• SHRM-CP certification or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience).
