We're now scaling our Enterprise Outcomes motion — a strategic arm focused on delivering domain-specific solutions that drive business transformation and shape our product roadmap. We're hiring a senior leader to build and lead the engineering arm of this motion.
The Role:
What You'll Do
People Operations: Own and streamline day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, exit processes, HRIS management, and documentation.
Talent Acquisition Support: Partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, draft JDs, manage candidate experience, and help with offer rollouts.
Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute culture initiatives, offsites, team-building events, and feedback mechanisms to keep our team connected, motivated, and aligned.
Employee Experience: Be the point of contact for employee queries, provide empathetic HR support, and help resolve people-related issues with discretion and integrity.
Performance & Growth: Help facilitate performance reviews, goal-setting processes (OKRs), and learning & development initiatives.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with local labor laws (especially India & US), manage HR policies, maintain records, and support audits.
Analytics: Use data to drive insights into people metrics like attrition, engagement, and hiring efficiency.
What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in an HR Generalist, People Ops, or HRBP role, preferably at a startup or high-growth tech company.
Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and basic global HR practices (especially US, Singapore, or remote-first setups).
Experience managing HR tools and platforms (HRIS, ATS, payroll software).
Empathy, confidentiality, and a strong sense of ownership.
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
Creative problem-solver who's excited about building systems from scratch.
Bonus: Experience organizing company offsites, hackathons, or employee branding initiatives.
