Delivers HR Services HR components and makes recommendations regarding benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruitment, training and development, and information systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years HR consultative experience.
• Prior experience in a client-facing position preferred.
• Experience in handling the payroll process.
• Good experience in on-boarding process.
• Experience in MIS reporting and documentation.
