Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Director to lead and manage the HR function for our international manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of global HR practices, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development within a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing setting.

The HR Director will partner with senior leadership to drive workforce planning, talent management, and cultural alignment across diverse locations, ensuring that HR strategies effectively support business objectives and foster a productive, inclusive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and international growth plans.
  • Lead all core HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to HR teams across multiple manufacturing sites and countries.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Build and implement global HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices while respecting local culture and regulations.
  • Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Oversee workforce planning and organizational design to support operational scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and executive teams to support business transformation and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor key HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to executive leadership.
  • Promote a culture of safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proven experience working in a global or multi-site company, with knowledge of international HR practices.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
