We’re looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Human Resources to lead and scale our people strategy in alignment with our fast-paced, innovation-driven tech environment. You’ll drive programs and processes across the entire employee lifecycle—from hiring top-tier talent to fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role will be instrumental in building scalable people infrastructure, leveraging data and technology, and helping us attract, grow, and retain the best in tech.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic People Leadership

  • Develop and lead the execution of a forward-thinking human capital strategy that supports our growth, innovation, and organizational goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational design.


Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting and employer branding to attract diverse and top-tier talent.
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, and development programs tailored to the needs of a growing workforce.
  • Champion career pathing and internal mobility initiatives.


Performance, Culture, and Engagement

  • Implement and optimize performance management frameworks that promote continuous feedback, accountability, and high performance.
  • Lead culture-building efforts that reflect our mission, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives using data-driven insights.


People Analytics & Technology

  • Lead data-driven decision-making through people analytics dashboards, KPIs, and predictive workforce modeling.
  • Own and optimize our HR systems, ensuring strong reporting and automation capabilities.


Compensation & Compliance

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and equity strategy in collaboration with Finance to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and company policies across multiple jurisdictions (U.S. and international).


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within tech or high-growth startup environments.
  • Proven track record of leading people operations in scaling, agile organizations.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, people analytics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.


Preferred Experience

  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certifications.
  • Familiarity with a global workforce strategies and distributed team models.
  • International HR exposure (particularly in EMEA or APAC) a plus.
