Summary

We’re partnering with a leading global BPO in search of a strategic, people-first HR Director to lead their Mesa-based HR function during a period of growth and transformation. Relocation support to Mesa is available for the right candidate.

As HR Director, you’ll take ownership of all people-related matters for a 700+ strong site. You’ll be the cultural and strategic anchor, ensuring HR strategy meets the operational realities of high-performance, compliance-heavy client programs. You’ll lead a team of HRBPs, coordinators, and an existing HR Manager, and report directly into the senior site leadership.

Key Responsibilities.

Lead and evolve a high-performing HR team

Drive complex employee relations (ER) case management and guidance

Influence senior stakeholders and support multiple high-demand client accounts

Be the cultural custodian – modelling a solutions-oriented, collaborative HR approach

Actively participate in site leadership planning, program launches, and org change

Strategically assess and evolve HR operations to ensure scalability and agility

Ideal Candidate

HR Director or Senior HRBP with proven ER expertise, ideally from a BPO background

7+ years' of professional HR experience, ideally from a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources or management

Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sectors (BPO, logistics, retail, manufacturing)

Strong communicator and influencer – you coach, lead, and listen

Comfortable with detail-driven client environments and robust compliance requirements

Deep understanding of the Mesa community and frontline workforce challenges preferred—but not essential with strong leadership and adaptability

What we offer

You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial, values-led leadership team where agility, candor, and problem-solving are prized. This is not a “policy-policing” role – we need someone who builds bridges, not barricades.

Relocation package available to Mesa (within the US)

Hybrid working after onboarding - On-Site Mesa with 1–2 days WFH possible

Competitive salary based on experience

Full benefits package

A seat at the table – real influence, real impact

Interviews begin week of May 5th, with on-site meetings the week of May 12th. Early applications advised.
