Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role for a Human Resources Director based in Dallas, TX. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing the HR function, developing and implementing HR policies, recruiting and hiring new employees, managing employee relations, overseeing performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Other responsibilities include leading HR initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) management
• Demonstrated history of recruiting and hiring in our industry
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Performance Management
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the horticulture industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
