Summary

Job Description An employer is seeking an HR Coordinator in the Cincinnati, OH area. This person will work alongside another coordinator in handling FMLA paperwork for internal employees and determining whether or not they qualify. This individual will be responsible for full lifecycle of employment for employees- from onboarding to offboarding. They will also help with running payroll and approving timesheets for salary workers, recruiting selection, as well as any administrative duties including various documentation and filing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within Human Resources, is technically savvy, and can also help contribute to process improvements. It is crucial that this person is organized and can communicate effectively, as they will be interacting with the entire department.
