Summary

KPMG Assignment Select is geared toward independent professionals interested in temporary or project-based work. Our team is comprised of highly trained third-party professional individuals who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right skillset.

KPMG is working through its partnership with MBO Partners and is currently seeking an on-site contractor in Dallas, TX 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support to managers and employees.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including organizing employee events, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  • Assist in HR policy development and implementation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis, preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR processes.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or in a similar HR support role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office required (Excel, Adobe, Outlook Word)
