Provide advisory support to HR Business Partners, Business Unit Managers, and Leaders on various HR matters, including reasonable accommodations, background escalations, and Tier 2 leave of absences.
Partner with global and regional HR teams to support people initiatives and ensure alignment.
Offer day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on routine HR inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
Act as a liaison between employees, managers, the Reasonable Accommodations team, Employment Law, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with Employee Relations and Employment Law on sensitive cases.
Maintain accurate case notes and track requests via centralized systems (e.g., HRCM and AskHR).
Identify trends, mitigate risks, and provide proactive guidance to enhance the employee experience.
Ensure high-quality service delivery that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
