Join our growing, employee-friendly food manufacturing team in New Jersey as a Bi-Lingual HR Business Partner and be a trusted ally to plant leadership and team members alike. In this role, you'll help shape a positive, high-performing culture while promoting safety, food quality, and continuous improvement.


👥 What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with plant leadership to support and coach line managers, ensuring HR strategies drive plant performance.
  • Promote proactive and positive employee relations and champion company values in every interaction.
  • Handle HR generalist responsibilities including talent acquisition, onboarding, training, employee relations, performance management, and benefits support.
  • Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance aligned with organizational goals.
  • Use HR data to support strategic decisions, provide insights, and improve workforce planning.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and lead or support cross-functional HR initiatives and compliance programs.
  • Conduct and document investigations, audits, and workplace reviews; ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, responding promptly to employee inquiries and ensuring seamless HR processes.


✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (HR certification a plus).
  • 3+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience in a manufacturing, food production, or plant-based environment.
  • Bi-Lingual Spanish
  • Strong working knowledge of employee relations, labor compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence across all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for creating a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
