Summary

A leading, confidential retail organization is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to our leadership team. This role is critical in driving the alignment between our human capital initiatives and business objectives, ensuring a high-performance culture across all retail operations. All inquiries and applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.


Scope:

  • Collaborate with senior management and retail operations to design and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Drive initiatives in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development tailored to the dynamic retail environment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring consistent application of policies and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process improvements, while minimizing disruption and promoting engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage HR metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the retail industry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and to influence decision-making at all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business leaders to drive organizational performance and culture change
