Summary

Akkodis is searching for a HR & Benefits Manager to own U.S. Operational HR and Benefits processes.


Title: HR Benefits Manager

Pay: 45/hrly -50/hrly

Type: Hybrid Onsite /Remote Contract

Length: 12 months

Schedule: Part-Time / 30-40 Hours per week


HR Management

  • Provide HR policy, process and/or program advice and coaching to employees and managers, when appropriate.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting and tasks as required with cross-functional HR / Partner teams.
  • Partner with COEs and HR Business Partners to deliver HR programs and policies for US workforce.
  • Talent Acquisition for US hiring
  • Annual Review & Compensation cycle
  • Manage immigration process for US visa holding employees
  • Provides additional HR support, including, onboarding, employee exits and side projects as needed.
  • Manages HR intranet site to ensure timely and engaging information sharing.


Benefits Management

  • Oversee US Benefit Program, including, analysis, implementation, and on-going compliance
  • Provide benefit support to employees on all benefits related matters
  • Manage annual US Benefits renewal and open enrollment activities in partnership with US Benefits broker
  • Manage US Benefits Broker as well as all other benefit vendor relationships
  • Own 401k plan administration and advisor management
  • Provide administration for leave program including reviewing leave policies for compliance & improvement
  • Track & process workers compensation claims
  • Assist with routine reporting requirements as needed by the HR organization.
