Summary

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location (city, state): Denver, CO (Denver Tech Center)

Pay: $25 – $27 per hour

Hybrid schedule: 1 day remote per week

Hours: Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM, Friday 8AM–3PM

Addison Group is working with a reputable organization in Denver to help them identify an HR Administrator to join their team. This organization is known for its strong community impact, employee-centered culture, and stable leadership. This is a hybrid opportunity with consistent hours and early Fridays.


Job Description:

The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting onboarding, compliance, and internal programs that serve both employees and the community. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests
  • Provide support and guidance during the onboarding process
  • Respond to inquiries from hiring managers, new hires, and HR team members
  • Manage email communications within the HR department inbox
  • Track and maintain data for HR and community outreach programs
  • Coordinate philanthropic initiatives and support charitable programs
  • Handle invoice processing and maintain accurate records with vendors
  • Process employment verifications and maintain confidential personnel files
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance tracking, and HR projects
  • Collaborate with HR and cross-functional departments as needed


Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
