Human Resources Administrative Assistant

📍 Reports to: President & Operations Manager


About the Role:

We're looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support daily HR operations, manage employee records, coordinate internal activities, and serve as a bridge between management and staff. You'll help create policies, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth communication across the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare employee contracts, NDAs, and payroll.
  • Maintain HR files, leave records, and company documents.
  • Assist with government and employee benefits (SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth, Taxes).
  • Administer health benefits (HMO).
  • Draft HR letters, contracts, and internal communications.
  • Plan and organize company events and team-building activities.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • 1+ year experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
