We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR interns to assist our HR department with recruitment, administrative and HR-related tasks.
Interns Will Be Responsible For
We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and driven HR interns to assist our HR department with recruitment, administrative and HR-related tasks.
Initial Screening of potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Assisting the HR staff in administration and generalist roles.
Assisting in the planning of company events and engagement activities.
Recruitment emails to candidates.
Handling recruitment module for recruitment process.
Coordinating new hire orientations.
Timely follow up with the candidates.
Searching candidates over various job boards.
HR Intern Requirements
Any Bachelor's degree BBA/MBA/HR
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Strong team player
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
Detail-oriented
Time Management
Confident and pleasant personality
Zeal to learn and grow
An enthusiast
Comfortable with calling and working on own Linked!n
