We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Information Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our HRIS platform, Workday. This role involves managing system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and supporting HR processes in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Workday to align with the company’s HR processes, including workflows for hiring, onboarding, and promotions.
  • Oversee system updates, manage security settings, and assign user roles to ensure proper access and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Workday to monitor and analyze HR data effectively.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with IT teams or Workday support to resolve challenges promptly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing HRIS platforms, with specific expertise in Workday.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and system configuration, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creating reports and managing system security, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
