Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
Provide support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems, such as Workday or ADP
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role
Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
Experience with HRIS systems
Familiarity with recruiting processes and techniques
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
Fluency in Spanish is Required.
Administrative skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Recruiting skills: Experience in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating qualifications
HRIS skills: Familiarity with HRIS systems.
Employment labor law knowledge: Understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Salesforce skills: Experience using Salesforce for managing HR-related data or workflows (preferred but not required)
FMLA knowledge: Familiarity with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations and processes (preferred but not required)
Contract management: Ability to review, draft, and manage employment contracts (preferred but not required)
Training development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs for employees (preferred but not required)
