About Us
At The Growth Architect, we help businesses transform their operations through tailored CRM architecture, marketing automation, and process design. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised, technically-minded HubSpot CRM Manager to join our team and work directly with one of our major clients — an organisation acquiring multiple businesses and implementing standardised yet flexible HubSpot portals across their group.
About the Role
As our HubSpot CRM Manager, you will lead the implementation and deployment of HubSpot across newly acquired businesses for a large group, tailoring each portal slightly based on individual business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders, map processes, manage system integrations, and oversee associated web development projects.
You will be fully trained in our HubSpot configuration processes, but a strong understanding of CRM systems, backend software operations, and data management is essential from day one.
When client demand allows, you will also contribute to other exciting projects within The Growth Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- HubSpot Portal Deployment: Build and configure HubSpot portals for acquired businesses, adjusting for specific business requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful deployments.
- Process Mapping: Use Lucidchart to map individual business processes, and integrate process documentation into HubSpot using Supered.
- Ticket Management: Manage all client-related issues via a HubSpot ticketing system, ensuring swift triage and resolution.
- Web Build Project Management:
- Manage website build projects by gathering specifications, triaging data, and obtaining development quotes.
- Liaise between stakeholders and the development team to ensure project milestones are met.
- Customer Portal Management:
- Become familiar with the client’s external customer portal system.
- Work with external developers to submit, track, and deploy development tickets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for better integration, automation, and user experience across all systems and processes.
- Other Projects: When primary client work is lighter, contribute to internal and other client projects as needed.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and database management (experience with HubSpot a major advantage).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Confident in using tools like Lucidchart or similar for process mapping.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to triage technical issues and manage ticketing systems effectively.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a CRM Manager, CRM Consultant, or SaaS implementation role.
- Experience working with web development teams and understanding of basic website architecture.
- HubSpot platform experience (especially Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs).
- Familiarity with customer portals or SaaS integrations.
- HubSpot certifications (if not currently held, you will work towards these).
