As an HTML Email Developer, you will design, develop, and optimize high-impact email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and scripting for personalized content. Your expertise will drive engagement, enhance customer communication, and keep this top mortgage lender ahead of the competition.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, performance analysis, or a similar role in a service or operations environment.
• Proficiency in email development (HTML, CSS, tables) and mobile-first email coding.
• Strong expertise in email QA, debugging, and marketing automation technology.
• Experience with content management systems and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with email testing and prototyping tools (Email on Acid, Return Path, Litmus, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of A/B testing, list segmentation, JavaScript, SQL queries, and interactive/adaptive email content.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced customer and employee experiences.
• Exposure to operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean frameworks).
• Excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and growth-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment—#GSD (Get Stuff Done!).

Your Daily Tasks

• Collect, analyze, and report data from various sources, including live queues, customer feedback, and internal databases.
• Perform in-depth analysis using analytical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop, monitor, and review success measures across all service delivery teams.
• Deliver operational performance reporting and insights while creating and maintaining reporting dashboards.
• Present findings to teams and leadership using data visualization tools, effectively telling a story through data.
• Provide actionable insights to teams and leaders to drive performance improvements.
• Support the Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager and Customer Solutions & Operations leaders in embedding operational excellence practices.
• Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to support continuous, sustainable improvements that enhance customer value.
• Manage and prioritize stakeholder requests while effectively setting expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging best practices in data analysis and visualization.
• Work closely with other analysts across the business to share knowledge, insights, and best practices.
