Are you a safety leader with a passion for making a real impact? We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety, Security & Environmental (HSSE) Manager to join our team and drive a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in our operations.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation of HSSE programs aligned with corporate and regulatory standards
• Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001, and other regulatory requirements
• Conduct incident investigations and lead corrective/preventive actions
• Track and report performance metrics, safety stats, and training progress
• Collaborate across teams including Operations, HR, and Quality
• Support sustainability and resource conservation initiatives
• Drive HSSE integration and champion continuous improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of HSSE experience, preferably in a chemical plant environment
• Knowledge of HAZOPS, PSM, and ISO 14001
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• HSSE certifications are a plus!
