Job Responsibilities

• Work as key interface for construction safety management between plant operation team and EPCM Company
• Supervise all onsite construction safety management through completion, including oversight of daily contractor works in coordination with owner team and EPCM Company
• Attend tool box meeting on behalf of owner (once a week)
• Monitor SWP audit status by supervision/EPCM Company, and monitor site construction permit implementation status and report out deviation and violation
• Collect and summarize BBS/Observation record, HSE report to PM on weekly basis
• Organize safety meeting on behalf of owner as necessary
• Attend construction technical bid evaluation from safety perspective
• Attend/organize RCA for safety accident and follow -up closing status
• Review and approval related safety management plan, safety section in construction method statement
• Inspect the site safety work to confirm it was executed in accordance with approved safety plan and method statement
• Support owner construction manager to site EHS management
  
  

Qualifications Required

• Technical and construction background
• Rich experience in construction safety management for chemical project
• Good communication and coordination skill with end-user, engineering firm and contractor
• With experience worked as owner safety Rep, international engineering firm for middle and large size chemical project
• Good English skills in written/ oral is required
