The Sr. Developer - HRSD serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices.
The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Job Functions: Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc. Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications including customer’s HR system.
Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, and etc.
Remain current with industry trends in order to advise, advocate, and implement solutions
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, Enhancements and implementation .
Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting
Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
Excellent analytical and time management skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
