The Sr. Developer - HRSD serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices.
The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Job Functions:
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.
Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow HRSD and other applications, including the customer’s HR system.
Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key team member in the ServiceNow HRSD support team.
Support ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, and etc.
Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions
