Pay Range: $55,600.00 - $91,450.00 The HRIS (Workday) Analyst plays a pivotal role in People Technology projects, including Workday product configuration, reports development, HR data integration projects and data management. This position will be a Workday subject matter expert and works closely with internal HR, IT staff, and business leaders to effectively meet the HR technology needs of the organization. Reporting to Manager, People Enrichment, this role will act as the Core HR SME for various areas in HCM Workday including but not limited to Core HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation, Absence, Time Off, Reporting, Talent Management, Recruitment and Security. The HRIS (Workday) Analyst is expected to be able to perform under limited supervision and with independent decision-making the certain key responsibilities including, but not limited to: * Interacts with business and HR unit leaders/SMEs and internal customers to determine system requirements and project objectives. * Maintain and evolve system configurations; Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and efficacy of business processes; Investigate and troubleshoot system issues, a research and test solutions and escalates issues. * Configurations and executes of HR technology projects. * Performs HRIS core functions including implementation of new modules, security maintenance, business process configuration, data loads, user management, integrations, feature testing and upgrades including change management * Develops knowledge, expertise, and configuration responsibilities in one or more areas and possess good knowledge in core HCM and preferably in one or more areas in, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Recruiting. * Collaborate in developing the roadmap for respective technologies and workstreams. * Follow release process for push and opt-in feature enhancements; support the bi-annual release testing process. * Support annual HR annual cycle activities and launches. * Follows internal change management protocols including creation of change requests for any system changes; and best practices for documentation and testing; follow SOX compliance guidelines and ensure highest confidentiality of employee personnel data. * Serve as a data steward to ensure HR systems meet data integrity and architectural requirements across the enterprise Qualifications * Requires a bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience in a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience * Preferred experience in Workday Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience: * Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues. * A team player that can take the lead and guide peer departments and functions * Possess strong communication skills - written, oral and presentation * Effective and discreet interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees * Ability to exercise solid judgment when evaluating and handling ambiguous situations with minimal oversight * Ability to embrace change and suggest creative, innovative solutions as it relates to business needs * Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and inherent curiosity with an aptitude to learn * Ability to work professionally and calmly in a time-sensitive environment.
