Kforce has a client in Sandy Springs, GA that is seeking a partially remote Senior HRIS Analyst to join their team. For this role, we seek a results-oriented, highly motivated, and passionate professional with a proven history of delivering high quality Workday solutions.
Responsibilities:
* The Senior HRIS Analyst will support the design, configuration, and administration of HRIS, Workday
* Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Payroll and Benefits, including business process management, report writing, configuration, data management, data extraction, and integration liaison between vendors and IT - Enterprise Applications
* Collaborates with HR/Payroll Centers of Expertise and our multi-brand HR Business Partners to analyze and document current processes and procedures with a consultative approach to improve the efficiency of the business within Workday
* As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you will play both a technical and functional role depending on who they are collaborating with* 6+ years of experience in HRIS (or relevant) required
* 3+ years of Workday experience with both Payroll and Benefits configuration and administration required
* 2+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience preferred
* Experience and understanding how all Workday modules work together
* Proven experience with Workday Payroll, pay calculations, deductions, and taxes. Tailoring payroll processes
* Robust knowledge and experience with Employee Benefits plans and processes
* Proficient in Microsoft, including Excel formulas and Visio
* Analytical and organization skills to work effectively in a detail-oriented environment
* Interpersonal skills to effectively work well within a team environment
* Good understanding of interfaces with 3rd party platforms/vendors
* Very well organized, high attention to detail, with logical problem-solving skills and must be able to maintain the confidentiality
* Strong accountability and attention to detail
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Must be able to work independently or collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
* Ability to work under deadline pressure, cope well with changing priorities and effectively manage multiple projects, which may require flexible work hours and the ability to escalate to management
* Ability to build relationships with different areas of the organization
