Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement recruitment plans, optimize processes, screen and interview candidates, and expand and maintain recruitment channels such as universities and talent markets.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Design and improve the compensation system, calculate salaries, allocate bonuses, implement welfare programs, and ensure compliance with social security and provident fund policies.
Performance Evaluation and Employee Development: Build and enhance performance assessment systems, conduct regular evaluations, provide improvement suggestions, and organize training and talent development programs to enhance employee quality and capabilities.
Daily Administration and Logistics Management: Manage office environment maintenance, office supplies procurement, meeting organization, attendance supervision, and team activity planning to strengthen employee engagement and corporate culture
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the education sector or business schools.
Proficient in the six core modules of human resources, familiar with Indonesian labor laws, social security, and compensation management systems, with the ability to independently develop and implement HR policies.
Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of efficiently managing cross-departmental tasks, with strong execution and a sense of responsibility.
Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English or Chinese, with a preference for Chinese proficiency.
