Locations: Positions available at: KL (Shah Alam) & Penang (Island)






Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and harmonious work environment by serving as a trusted point of contact foremployee relations including grievance handling, investigation, and
    disciplinary action.
  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.     
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.     
  • HR Operations: Oversee various HR operational tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs and support the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and provide support related to compensation inquiries.
  • HR Projects: Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required.




Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.     
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HRBP/HR Generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or logistics/supply chain environment.
  • Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong employee relations skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
  • Demonstrates an agile mindset with strong adaptability, able to navigate change effectively, and respond proactively to dynamic business needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
