Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive and harmonious work environment by serving as a trusted point of contact foremployee relations including grievance handling, investigation, and disciplinary action.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Performance Management: Support the implementation and execution of the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
HR Operations: Oversee various HR operational tasks, including onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Learning & Development: Identify training and development needs and support the delivery of relevant programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs and provide support related to compensation inquiries.
HR Projects: Participate in and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of progressive HRBP/HR Generalist experience, ideally within a multinational or logistics/supply chain environment.
Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong employee relations skills with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.
Demonstrates an agile mindset with strong adaptability, able to navigate change effectively, and respond proactively to dynamic business needs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
